PC Hero is located close to the centre of Guardamar del Segura. The shop is 2 minutes walk from the Church and the Town Hall (Ayuntamiento). We are conveniently located just before the entrance to the new multi-storey underground car park. The ideal way to find us, is to enter Guardamar from the N-332 slip-road, head towards the town centre and follow the signs for the Parking (Aparçament).
 

Computers are now a part of our everyday life. Many people move to Spain never having owned a computer before, and realise the benefits they can provide.

Keeping in touch with relatives can be troublesome, sending a letter by post may take a long time to arrive, if it arrives at all! Using email on a computer is simple to do, and it will be delivered within minutes, so you can keep up with everyday events.

Booking flights on the internet is another way of saving money (booking by phone usually incurs a surcharge), and although you can use an Internet Café, passing your credit card details in a public environment and on a shared computer is not advisable.

Taking photos with a digital camera is easy, but often we want to 'touch up' photos before we send them to relatives or print them out, simple to use photo editing software enables you to remove 'red-eye' caused by flashes, and if you happen to take the perfect photo then realise it looks like your subject has a tree growing out of their ear, you can remove it easily enough.

We aim to provide you with the information you need when buying a computer, be it for the first time, as a replacement or as an addition. If you know what you want to do but don't know what you need, we will explain your options without spouting facts and figures. As well as guiding you to your ideal system, we hope to provide you with all the information you need to put it to use. We provide one-to-one help over the phone or if you call in to the shop, we do lectures and provide technical assistance for the Torrevieja Computer Club, and we publish helpful articles in the local press.
